The candles and jack-o-lanterns were burning. Edmund was wearing his traditional noble's outfit, except he also sports a red mask of a grinning horned devil. It was perhaps uncouth, given his background, but he decided it went with his outfit and looked charming enough. Two punch bowls were set on a refreshment table, labled "alchoholic" and "virgin," respectivally. The first song was "Ghost Busters," which Edmund was confused by, but was informed was fashionable.

Mula waddles up to the Cafe's doors outside, adjusting the mask on her head as it starts to slide forward and move her eyes away from the eyeholes. Somehow, she manages to keep it on her head..but, she doesn't quite get to looks where she's going, as a loud bump just outside the ballroom announces her arrival. Shaking her head, and readjusting the mask to fit on her head, she walks through where the doors -actually- are, and into the ballroom itself as she tries not to look awkward.

Prometheus steps up to the entrance of the ballroom and scans the area, giving off a low and impressed whistle. "Now this place does a bangup job of cleaning up. 'Ey guy in charge." He lifts the canvas bag off his face to reveal who he is to Edmund. "Am I still good to come on in?"

Jeffery strolls in, also wearing his usual buisness suit. However, he is wearing a white cloth sack over his head with an upside down question mark where his face would be. He looks around for a moment. "Oh, good. I'm not late." He wabes to Edmund before making beelining over to the refreshment table.

A wide smile stretched across Kimen's face as he waddled into the ballroom. "Come on, Lucass! What's there to be afraid of?" Wrapped around Kimen was a large, stuffy costume of a brown teddy bear, its sheer size making movement for him somewhat difficult.

Synesthesi practically runs up to the door, her hatchet-like blade making a whirring sound as she cackles "Halloweeen! Hahahahaha! Hallowe-Oh, hi!" she gives a small chuckle as she nears the entrance and Kimen "This is the place right?" her eyes are just red lenses on her gasmask, her face fully covered.

Lucass grit his teeth as he followed along behind Kimen, sweating nervously. Why did he let Kimen talk him into this again? What was the purpose of dressing up so goofy one night a year? He sighed heavily in his white bunny costume, complete with a puffy white tail on his butt, ears flapped over on his side, and a large plastic carrot attached by a string to the backside of his hand. "And everyone dresses up like this..?"

Mifune let out a forlorn sigh as he entered the cafe his kimono he agreed to wear leaving him feeling chilly. His long silver hair was in a tight ponytail, complementing the look of a old fashioned swordsman.

Edmund bowed formally before Prometheus. "Of course! I remember you already payed for yourself and a few others, so there's no issue with you coming in. Besides, the goal is to celebrate all hallows eve, not to worry about formalities. Come in, come in!"

Mula lifts her mask from her head slightly. "Yes, apparently...and everyone goes around and asks for candy from people. Can you believe it? Free candy all night for one night a year! I wish they had this back in the Caves..I'm sure that King would love that..he's always so grumpy..." She says, whimsically, as she peruses the food on the table, and scratches her cheek. "Um..now..what is all of this? I..guess I can..uh..?" She looks genuinely confused; what was this food they had on the table?

Prometheus nods to Edmund and steps past the man, letting his canvas mask drop back down to conceal his face. He casts his eyes amongst the gathering crowd and snickers at the man who apparentally let himself get talked into wearing a massive bunny costume. Poor sap.

Kimen smiled at Synesthesi. "Yep! This is the place! Hi there!" She giggled softly and reached her hands out, pretending to be threatening. "I'm a bear! Grr!" She then looked around the rest of the ball, enamored with the different costumes everyone was wearing. "Yes! Don't you see them?" she asked Lucass, pointing out various people. Halloween was so much fun!

"Hmmm..." Jeffery grabs a few of the snacks spread out on the table before getting some punch. "Now, where can I sit and eat?" The accountant looks around the hall for a minute, not seeing any chairs. Jeffery shrugged and started chowing down where he stood.

Synesthesi chuckles a bit "Ooh, ferocious!" she gleefully pays her entrance fee on her way in, giving a mad cackle at the person at the door "Time To Play!" before she busts out giggling and moves into the ballroom.

Mifune looked unphased at the person jumping out at him, although a closer inspection would show that his wrist muscles tensed, Mifune didn't usually like surprises, but he had dulled his combat senses for tonight, he put on a fake smile, said, "Ahh, Hello". and walked past the girl. Seeing his friend across the room, Mifune approached the devilish host, "SO let me get this straight, this holiday is meant to look scare people. To be honest I'm not seeing it."

Lucass scrutinized the room heavily. He supposed Kimen had a point, but..couldn't he have worn something cooler? Maybe he could have dressed as Hikusaak! He also found the music playing to be interesting..as if Oboyo should have invested in it during one of the several parties he hosted for the Paranormal Deliverance Force.

Edmund chuckles at his swordsman friend. "People tend to all have different views of it, Mifune," he smiled behind his mask as he looked around at the arriving guests. "Where I come from, we view it as a time of peace and rest, believe it or not. I can't say I disagree." Edmund chuckled at the irony.

Hastur seems to glide into the area, effortlessly, dark whispy shadows following close behind him, an odd aura about him. There appear to be the sounds of whispers coming from under his hood, but they are of several different voices, few of them even remotely human.

Prometheus excuses himself from the general populace of the crowd for a moment to step on over to the various punches, and after collecting a cup full of the alcoholic stuff, he glances around futuritively. Making sure he was in the clear, Prometheus pulls out his flask and adds some more alcohol to his cup. He wasn't called 'The Pope of Alcoholism' because he was a lightweight.

"I come from a land where the God of Death reigns supreme, and undead horrors roam free. This would honestly be the equivalent of a child's playroom decorations" Mifune said his final statement while looking at the giant moving stuffed animals.

Mula peeks at the tray, grabbing something and bites into it. A few minuteslater, she sticks out her tongue...but she doesn't want to offend..so, she pretends to chew it and she forces herself to swallow it. She coughs a bit and puts her mask back on. Never again, she thought to herself. Never. Again. She went over to the punch bowl and pours herself some punch, taking a sip to wash the taste from her mouth. She waddles around, looking at all the costumes and mingling as she goes.

Jeffery finishes everyhting on his plate and frowns at it. "Guess I should go get more..." He went back and refilled his plate, fufilling his role as that awkward guy that eats food and stands near the snack table.

Kimen gasped in excitement as his eyes fell upon Jeffery, who seemed to be helping himself to table's generosity. "Oh! Look, Lucass! Is that Jeffery?" asked the child, tugging on Lucass' left bunny ear before waddling over to greet him. "Hi Jeffery! Look, I'm a bear! Hehe~"

Synesthesi gasps and runs over to the punch table, while doing some sort of controlled flailing beginning to pour herself a cup of red punch "heheh, Blood! Blood! BLOOD! Hahaha!" she giggles wildly and nearly hops in place, fairly certain that nobody was around from earth to even understand half the references in passing, but not caring in the least as she makes them anyways.

What? Did she say Jeffery was there? Lucass groaned to himself. He was hoping to not see any familiar faces dressed like..an animal. He followed Kimen along until he stopped at the table in front of the accountant. "..Hi Jeffery." he said plainly. Jeffery wasn't really even wearing a costume!

"I really am glad I did not grow up in your town then. The Duke of Cornwall only put up decorations like this once a year. I'm afraid that I can't live up to his passion though. If this reminds you of what a child would put up, I'd dull in comparison to the adult equivalent." Edmund casually got himself some punch before returning to Mifune.

"Huh? Oh, hey Kimen! Hi Lucass!" Jeffery ate another piece of candy. "Those are some... Cute costumes, there." He snaps his fingers. "Oh, I knew it would be a good idea to bring my camera!" Jeffery whips out a digital camers from his pocket and points it at the two kids. "Say cheese!"

Hastur looks around, noticing his fellows from the PDF, and decides to head over to them. He slows upon approach, simply staring at them, before chuckling, the voices that were whispering chuckling with him, then pulling his hood back to show his face and head, smiling. "Hey, guys, what's going on?" He pours himself a bit of punch, eyeing the odd woman screaming about blood. Someone was into the holiday!

Mula takes a drink of the punch, as she gravitates somewhere towards the middle of the crowd. "I don't know anybody here.." She mutters to herself as she looks around at the people getting together for a photo op. She walks over to the group slightly awkwardly. "Um...hello..." She says, awkwardly, as she tries to fit in...taking a drink and grabbing something on the tray to give it a second try...but a little later on.

"Your what?" Lucass asked, puzzled. What was a camera? "Um..cheese?" he said as requested, confused.

Synesthesi moves over to the food table, lifting her mask enough to take a drink of her punch, looking around at all the food, then at her bonesaw/hatchet, wondering if she could use it to cut up food.... probably for the best she didn't, considering how much she's done to make it look so dirty.

Prometheus notices the kid he had met a while ago, but they were kinda surrounded by a bunch of people who seemed to be the kid's friend. Shrugging, Prometheus moves on, downing his drink in one shot before wandering closer to the speakers of the ballroom.

Kimen nearly squeeled with delight as she squeezed Lucass tightly, shouting "Cheese!!" with excitement. All the while, one of her hands found its way to the back of Lucass' head, her fingers forming another pair of bunny ears to go with his floppy ones.

"You either fought scarier versions of the decorations, or lived in relative safety within the City of Death." Mifune grabbed an apple and returned to his friend, "I myself... adapted to keep what I held precious safe." Mifune had a slight saddened tone in his voice at the end of his words.

Edmund patted his friend on his shoulder. "Try not to be so down, it is a celebration after all. Why not make new friends?" Edmund pointed to the pulsating esper. "She seems to have an interesting outfit. Why not say hello, instead of brooding about the past!" Edmund seemed to enjoy starting interactions at social gatherings. He wondered how Mifune would react to the proposition.

Jeffery snaps a photo of the children and looks at it on the camera's screen. "He he, you two look adorable in this." He saves it and puts the camera away. "I'll have to put that up in the gallery or something, don't you all agree?"

Hastur chuckles as the two pose for a picture, sipping his punch, putting his hood back up partially, to cover most of his hair.

Synesthesi sets down her cup, raises her 'weapon', clears her throat, and yells out "More, heha, More Meat For Me!" she begins to fill up a plateful, of things more assorted than just meat, as she hooks her hatchet up to her belt.

"That sounds like a great idea! Thank you, Jeffery!" Kimen giggled, reaching for some candy on the table.

Synesthesi takes Kimen's hand and frolicks about with gleeful abandon.

"The gallery..? The one Oboyo made?" asked Lucass, still somewhat bewildered. How did Jeffery intend to do that, exactly?

Mula shuffles a bit further away and towards the speakers. She didn't know anybody here, and she was just making it more awkward. "Why did I even come here? I don't know anybody.." She mumbles to herself as she fidges a bit at the front of the speakers. Looking at Edmond, she didn't have to say anything for the wave of confusion to pass over him from just her body language alone.

Mifune heard the girl in question's outburst and scratched the back of his head. "I think I'll hold off on that idea for now. So what have you been up to since we split up at Cosmo?"

"Yeah! I am the one who financed it, after all. It'll go great on that wall of fame I had the workers build beside the sword rack." Jeffery nods, then looks around. "Hey, where did that rabbit girl go? I was about to offer her some carrots I grabbed by mistake."

Edmund shrugged. "Occasionally travel, talking to the locals about their history. I overheard a few mentioning mana. It's an interesting thing, actually. Spellcasting is much simpler since I understood how it works here." Edmund nodded to Mula as she looked as if she was trying to talk to him. He gestured gaily to Jeffery, whom he just overheard asking about her. "I think the accountant is looking for you. You two are friends, yes?"

Synesthesi giggles and makes her way over to a table, muttering to herself as she pulls apart some of the food "Strip the flesh," she adds some seasonings into the middle of it "salt the wound." she gives a quiet chuckle as she looks around, before starting to eat up.

Hastur looks at the woman in the mask, raising an eyebrow to her before waving to his PDF compatriots and moving to go speak to the little bunny girl. "Hello, Miss. That's a nice costume!"

Mula blinks and jumps a bit. Seeing it was Hastur..she sighed in relief and raised her mask to expose her face. "Oh, thank god..a friendly voice. Hi Ha--eeek!" She saw what he was wearing and shoved the mask back over her head. "-y-you're not who I thought you were!" She says, stammering a bit. "H-however, thank you f-for the c-co-compliment.." She says, as she takes a deep breath and tries to compose herself.

Lucass waved back at Hastur, continuing to feel sheepish seeing his 'costume'. Geez, who else did he have to be worried about seeing? At least Kimen seemed happy, at any rate.

Prometheus apparentally gets tired of the itchy nature of the canvas bag on his head, and whips it off, shoving the sack into his back pocket before returning the hat to his head. "Much better. Now, let's see if I can't find someone to talk to."

Mifune stepped back for you to mingle more with his guests, he took a seat at the table leaning back slightly, still eating the same apple.

"It really is a fine costume, Mula. I've never seen a dragon myself, so I can't comment for accuracy, but it's certainly well done." Edmund turned towards Hastur, "And by you sir, I'm quite impressed. Is that some sort of magical illusion?"

"Anyway, what have you kids been up to lately?" Jeffery munches on a peanut butter cup. "Nothing too harrowing, I hope."

Mifune looked around, trying to gauge the crowd, he never was good in social situations and his slight adjustment in posture every few seconds reflected that.

Hastur smiles at Edmund and nods. "Yep. SOme illusions and enchantments on my old family's robe... well, it's the scariest thing I could think of." He holds out a hand to the man. "Hastur." He turns to Mula and smiles at her warmly.

Lucass shrugged at Jeffery, looking at the table for something to eat. Was this stuff even edible..? It all looked so unhealthy.. "Oh, not much. We got to see Casper and his uncles again a couple of weeks ago, that was fun. Apparently they're having a party, too."

Mula perks up hearing that, and raises her mask slowly. "H-hastur? Is that you?" She asks, as she shivers slightly. "Oh, thank god...I thought you were a ghost." She says, with a smile. "Do you like my costume? It's meant to be a flying dragon, like the ones on the island!" She says, as she flaps the fake fire dangling from the open maw of the mask somewhat. "Although..they don't breathe fire and aren't as..menacing looking..but I added my own flair." She says, with a smile.

Kimen stopped to gaze over the various individuals and their costumes once more while Lucass spoke with Jeffery. It was at that time that the child caught a familiar face: the guy who offered a gold coin when she was playing! "Hello, mister! I like your costume!"

Prometheus notices the kid walking up to him, and gives them a small grin. "Hey, thanks kiddo. Have to say it was just some stuff I had lying around the ol' farm. Even this guy." He pokes at the crow on his shoulder, causing to to give off a loud "CAW" before flapping it's wings a few times in a futile attempt to escape. "Caught him tryin' ta eat my new corn crops."

Edmund shakes Hastur's hand. "Hastur... Hastur... Hast- Oh! I remember you from that magic show," Edmund mulled around his mind for the memory. They had only very breifly talked before Mifune came. "I'm Edmund, Earl of Gloucester. A useless title here, but some people appreciate formalities." He raised an eyebrow at Mula. "I always heard of dragons breathing fire. What island is this? Perhaps I'll visit there one day."

"Oh really? Well, glad to hear they are doing alright. I guess tonight is a good night to have a party or something." Jeffery shrugs and eats another piece of candy.

Hastur chuckles a bit, though internally he's freaking the hell out at the close call. He then smirks at Edmund. "Oh yeah, I remember you. Was a while back, Trixie was doing her whole routine. Was a good show for her." He then turns to Mula, smiling at her. "it's very nice! And cute. I can see your flair." he pats Mula's head gently.

Mula shakes her head amusedly. "The island is back home where I come from...hovering high above the ground. I'm not sure you could even get there on your own." She says, with a smile and her head lowers slightly at Hastur's patting. "However, if you love caves...you'll hit the jackpot there and you'll see more people like me! Just avoid King..he's a grumpy gus. Toroko will probably just run and hide from you too." She says, as if Edmond knew what she meant.

Kimen giggled as he watched the crow flap its wings around. "That's awfully clever! But I guess that means you don't make a very scary scarecrow outside of the holiday, huh. Is he friendly?"

Prometheus puzzles at the crow for a few moments, before shrugging. "He'll eat food you give him, but I'd be careful kid. His beak might pinch ya if you feed him wrong." The crow casts a critical eye at Kimen, as if judging the child's very worth. Or at least looking to see if he has any food.

Edmund considers the place. "I can't say I've met many things I've enjoyed too much in caves, but I also admittedly have a very limited experience with them. Does this island have a name? You've peaked my interest." It was hard to tell with Edmund's mood whether he was legitimantly curious or just being polite. Regardless, it sounded sincere enough.

Mula taps her chin "Um...a name?" Crap..she didn't think about that! She had to have an answer, so she came up with one "Um...plantation...?" She said. Technically, it wasn't the name of the island, but a place on it. However, she could tell that it might only be a point of conversation anyway; why did she need to have the correct answer anyway? Who's to say he'll even find it anyway?

Hastur smiles at the little bunny creature. "That's a fairly decent name."

Synesthesi finishes her food without interruptions (or outbursts) before strapping back on her gas mask and carrying her plate to the trash, something beginning to move across her bandages like the colorful echoes of shadows.

Jeffery finishes up the candy on his plate and carries it to the trash as well, nodding to the colorful crazy lady. He tosses his plate in and heads back for more food.

Owing to the arrival of Halloween, Twilight Sparkle heads for the door with with her body clad in a gray-and-black streaked witch's robe. "This is going to be my first Nightmare Night away from home... Hope this costume is enough..."

Kimen smiled widely, cautiously holding out a piece of the candy she acquired from the table. "Here you go, little birdy!"

Prometheus is too distracted staring at the ball's new arrival to tell Kimen that they shouldn't feed candy to crows. The bird, actually, doesn't mind. It siezes the treat and then gobbles it down in a few easy motions. Prometheus however, is not having such an easy time with believing his own eyes. "Is that a horse?"

Mifune thought for a moment, as the apple sat motionless on the table before him, he was truly and utterly bored. In all honesty he only showed up as a friendly response to Edmund's invitation. He stood stretching his lithe body.

Edmund chuckles at the statement he overheard prometheus say. "Unicorn, actually. I witnessed one do a magic show. They really are facinating magical beings. They seem to have a natural gift for the art." Edmund turns his attention back to Mula. "I'll see if I can't find it then. Sounds interesting!"

Hastur blinks and turns to look at Twilight, putting his hood the rest of the way down, smiling at her. "Tomo! Come, join the festivities!"

Even though she's dressed in a witch's full costume, Twilight Sparkle extends her wings, though it only serves to push her choice of costume up somewhat. "I h-...it's difficult, having these... And of course, Hastur. I could use a chance to celebrate a fun holiday."

Mula nods "Well, I wish you luck. It's not that hard to find, really..I only know of one flying island.." She says, noticing the time. "Oh dear, I'm afraid I don't want to be the one, but I'm afraid I must bow out early. Have fun, everyone." She says, with disdain "And, once again, I don't want to be that one that ruined the fun, so, I'll see myself out. I'll see you around." She says, waddling towards the doors to make her way out of the ballroom and the Cafe.

"Its not really very much like the unicorns I find in my world." Kimen said to Prometheus, petting the birds chest lightly while it consumed his snack. "This one seems a bit more... Silly when compared to them." And that was kind of an understatement. That unicorn had a lot of growing up to do from the last time the child had seen her. "Does your crow have a name." he asked, changing the topic.

Prometheus grunts. "Just think it's weird is all. Allowing horses into buildings I mean. Their hooves might mess up the flooring." He follows Kimen's change of topic and looks critically at the bird. "Nah, no name. Why, think you have a good one for him?"

With a shrug, Twilight Sparkle turns back towards the door, yawning and slowly rising into the air as she prepares to retire for the night. "Have fun, everyone... See you back at home, Hastur."

Mifune stood and approached the door, Edmund would understand if he left early. He walked out the door into the night smiling at the sight of children having fun in the night.

Hastur checks the time, then sighs. "Well, Ineed to be leaving as well. Got to get up and get a bit of work done. This was a fun party, sir." he then heads out as well.

Edmund waved Mula, Hastur, Mifune, and Twilight off. The party seems to be dying down, but Edmund didn't truely care. He refilled his punch glass and strolled over to one of the guests that seemed less social than the others. "I must say, your skin has me baffled. Is that a natural tone or did you create it for tonight?" Edmund smiled and lifted up his mask a bit. "My name is Edmund. I don't think I've seen you around Truce."

Synesthesi looks up from tbe punch bowls she was contemplating "Huh? Uh, 'More blood for me!' or something." she gives a small chuckle as she draws off her mask, shaking her hair back down "I'm Synesthesi, I'm usually more around Viorar, but I figured I'd hit the party here this year, someone mentioned to me about last year's party and I just couldn't pass it up." she looks around some "It's a shame nobody gets my costume though... guess that's a culture barrier though."
Synesthesi shrugs and smiles, the color of her aura bleeding through her bandages rather well by now, shadows of color dancing along them "Unfortunately, it's nothing so temporary as that, came with the travel package when me and my apartment moved in. I guess it's my passport." she grins widely at her own personal joke, not caring if he knows a passport, a password, or a portmanteau.

Kimen considers the bird for a moment, still petting it and smiling. "Lets see. How about..." She tapped her finger against her chin, "Lord Licorish?" It liked candy after all, and the crow was black like the color of the candy so the name seemed to fit pretty well.

Prometheus switches his puzzling look over to the kid now. "Heh, you sure got some kinda imagination on you. I would have never thought of something like that." Prometheus pokes the crow in the side. "How do ya like that name eh?" The crow seems to be getting used to being prodded, and responds only by giving Prometheus a withering glare, which he laughs off. "It's settled then. Nice job, kiddo."

"I have not speant much time in Viorar. Though, I hear it has an excelent library." Edmund was a bit confused by her refrences, though he was often caught of guard by new phrases since he arrived. "So, it's some sort of curse then is it? Not the worst one, but I'll admit, it's harder than most to hide." Edmund pondered a bit to himself how the changing of colors worked. Perhaps it was connected to her mood or physicality in some way?

Kimen watched as the man poked at the bird and settled on that as his name, smile remaining ever present on his face. Now that Lord Licorish had a name, the man would probably give him all the food the bird wanted without ever having to worry about being chased off. "I think you both will get along great!"

Synesthesi shrugs some more "Haven't read much since I arrived. It's a pretty big library, but I don't even know what I'd looking for as a start. I doubt they're holding onto any Terry Pratchet novels." the patterns seem to be shift and move randomly about her skin, like oil across the surface of water, the colors slowly bleeding further out onto her bandages "I guess it's a good thing I don't need to hide though."
Synesthesi pours herself a cup of punch, putting her finger into the cup as she doesn't move her eyes off Edmund, a gentle waver beginning to run through the liquid in the cup as it takes on the same shifting patterns "Not even sure I'd really call it a curse either, just a nuisance."

Prometheus chuckles, and stands up again, looking around the area. "Looks like the party's dying down." He casts a critical eye at Kimen. "Say kid. Don't you have some kind of curfew or something? You sure you should be up this late?"

Edmund watches as the punch takes on her coloration. "Facinating if you ask me. Though, I'd prefer to keep my natural pigmentation." Edmund twitched his hands a bit in an almost practiced fassion. "If you'd like, I'm a bit specialized in dispelling magical effects and counterspelling. I might be able to help a bit if it's that much of a nuisance to you. But I've never seen anything like it before, so I'm not sure where to start."

Synesthesi shakes her head a bit as she pulls her finger from the punch, looking a little ill at the prospect "Nah, thats actually quite alright. I've had a couple people try, it doesn't wind up doing well." the extra colors flowing about in the punch begin to fade, but she drinks back the small cup "It's harmless"

Kimen rubbed the back of her neck. Did she have a curfew? She wasn't aware of there being one in Truce. and Kent probably didnt care all that much how late the child was up so long as she showed up to squire training bright and early. "I dunno. I suppose I better get back to Shrike soon at least. I don't know how late the ferry--" It seemed Lucass apparently knew. "Oh, no. I think we were just finishing up our conversation." The child takes hold of Lucass' hand and begins pulling on it gently, "Lets grab some more candy before we leave though!" Kimen said excitedly to him, then gave the man a wave, "It was nice talking to you again Mr.... Actually I don't think you gave me your name, did you?"

Prometheus gives the kid, Kimen apparentally, a small salute. "Prometheus Titav. Just Prometheus will do though, unless you really want to keep calling me 'Mister'"

Edmund nodded. "It seems to me that people are leaving, Madame." Edmund bowed before Synesthesi. "I'd offer to walk you to your home, but I am afraid I must stay here and help out with putting things away." The wizard placed his mask back on his face and examined the rest of the room. "I'd like to thank you all for coming, and I hope that you all had as pleasent and evening as I did."

Synesthesi chuckles quietly as she grabs her mask "Yeah, home's a bit of a walk anyway. I'll probably just follow along with one of the caravans or something." she slips on her mask and smiles beneath it "Hope the night goes well for you."

Lucass smiled and waved at the men bidding farewell, nodding at Kimen's suggestion to acquire more goodies for the road. Halloween, huh? He supposed is was an alright holiday..dressing up as the Flame Champion the next year sounded good to him.

"Mr. Prometheus and Mr. Licorish then! Maybe I will run into you two again one of these days!" Kimen waved to the man and the bird and started off towards the table with Lucass' hand in his. The child wanted to take as many sweets as he could back home not just for him, but to share with Kent too!

Prometheus smiles as the kid heads off to the goodies table, and shakes his head. He still couldn't tell what gender that kid was. Heading over to Edmund, Prometheus jerks his thumb over his shoulder at the rest of the room. "Hey there. Want some help clearing this up?"

"I would appreciate it. I could probably offer a bit of compensation as well. I'll admit, you did overpay to get in in the first place. It's only fair of me to give a bit of it back." Edmund took off his mask entirely and held it casually in his off hand. "But please, feel no obligation. It's a holiday, after all."

Prometheus shakes his head. "Nah. I'm a working man. Getting a job done is like a holiday to me after all. As for the money, don't worry about it. Let's just get this done and focus on having a good rest of the night."
