Moonlight City, Viorar - Western City Limits
The edge of Viorar sports little in the way of vegetation, being an
overall-rocky region for the most part. Here, however, a cluster of trees
spring up from the ground and grow tall, overlooking the western city limits
like a brown-and-green gargoyle of wood.

Following their departure from Kyrk's house, Mollianne led Lorastine and Crossroads toward the western outskirts of Viorar, apparently pleased with them both for agreeing to take it easy for a day. It was difficult to tell, but perhaps she was used to being turned down; after all, Kyrk generally put his profession above all else, too. Eventually, the outside edge of Viorar stopped a short path up against a large tree, and Mollianne halted there, as well. She looks up and up at the tree in question, tilting her head slightly. "Here we are. This is where Rae and May live."

Lorastine was always looking around at the new sights, so interested in the world around her. She had never been here before so a new place always peaked her curiousity. As they stop at the tree, Lorastine looks up at it a little confused. "They live in a tree?"

It had been a long time since Crossroads had been in Viorar and she was looking forward to seeing the city again. She followed along mostly silent, wondering if she should ask if they should drop in on Agetha. Afterall, it seemed like a good idea to check in with her from time to time. When Molly stopped by the path near a tree she looked a little confused. Turning her head towards Molly after Lora's question.

Mollianne gives a blatant nod, pointing at the base of the tree where a series of wooden planks are board up against the trunk. "Yeah! See, we offered to let them stay with us, but they said 'no'. Someething along the lines of their random visits not having as much of an impact if they already lived there. They can be kind of flighty sometimes, if you will pardon the pun." Her wings twitch in response to her aerial-based joke, but her smile remained as she turned and began climbing up the tree. "You guys are not afraid of heights or anything, right?"

Lorastine smiles and laughes, "I have no reason to be afraid of heights. I love flying!" replies happily and she begins to wonder what kind of people the twins were. Like what kind of personalities did they have, also if they took wishes what kind of wish did they make.

Crossroads Crossroads eyes followed the planks up into the tree, wondering what living in a tree would be like. There was something about it that seemed kind of fun. She had to think over the heights question for a moment, lightly chewing on her nail as she stared up into the branches. It didn't seem too high, then again, she had never had too many occasions where she was too far off of the ground... at least not any she had been conscious for. "I should be okay."

Mollianne clambers on up the tree, disappearing into the branches as a couple of leaves flutter down to the ground; in the process, her wings bonk a branch in itself, sending a few twigs and even more leaves to the ground. Always getting in the way.

Moonlight City, Viorar - Western City Limits: The Coldwater Treehouse
Snug within the many branches of this large tree-cluster is a sizeable
wooden house, a bit shoddy-looking on the outside, but solid in
construction. A scruffy welcome mat lies at the foot of a rickety wooden
door, and a large base of boards is built under the whole of the
establishment to keep it held up under the weight of any amount of visitors.
A series of wooden planks nailed to the trunk of the tree lead back to
ground level far below, and a pair of small bowls lie at one end of this
makeshift "porch".

Mollianne climbs up onto the boardbase where the Treehouse is settled, her taloned feet making audible scratching noises against the wooden surface. She steps aside and kneels down over the edge of the tree, making sure everyone makes it up safely.

Lorastine climbs up after Mollianne and settles on the porch looking down. It was quite the climb up. I guess it was a good thing Tyrranis didn't come along. He would be stuck down there waiting for us." she says implying he would be too large and heavy to be up here.

Once Crossroads reaches the treehouse takes a moment to look around, her eyes eventually falling upon the bowls filled with kibble and fresh milk. It appeared Kyuubey here seemed to be treated more of a pet or part of a family with the wishborn in Viorar than he was in Truce. When Tyrranis is brought up Crossroads nods, looking back towards the way they came in, "Yeah, you're probably right."

Satisfied, the siren gets to her feet again and heads to the door of the little house, rapping her knuckles on it loudly. "Hey guys, it's me! Did you wanna go out today? I got some friends here you might wanna meet!" Mollianne pressed the side of her head in close, listening for the sound of movement inside.

Less than a handful of moments later, a teenage-looking girl practically falls out of the leaves overhead, but stops short of hitting her head on the wooden base, apparently hanging by her legs or feet from a branch not seen. Her green training gi hugs her slim form closely, and a same-colored short skirt would be a cute completion of the ensemble if it weren't fluttered down over her stomach due to gravity's ill effects. As a result, the girl's undergarments lie there in plain sight, marked with a cute bear face on the waistband thereof. She seems oblivious to this however, looking around wildly from Mollianne's knocking. "What, what? S'going on? Hey, people! Yay!"

Lorastine stands patiently on the deck waiting for an answer from inside. She thought it was kinda funny how eager Molliana was behaving to see if anyone was home. She wasn't however expecting the sudden appearance of the new girl and jumped and practically clung to Crossroads.

Crossroads Crossroads jumps a little too at the girl's sudden appearance, nearly falling over backwards when Lora clung to her. She stares at the teenager for a moment, thinking that the girl slightly reminded her of a monkey hanging from the treebranch like that. "H-hello. Nice to meet you." She says awkwardly.

Mollianne looks up from the door, and puts a hand to her mouth to stifle a giggle as she walks over to the girl hanging from the tree. "May, you.. ah, you might need to be a little more careful. That is not really proper etiquette for a lady, you know. She looks amused, regardless, and nods to Lorastine and Crossroads. "Guys, this is May Ann. She is a wishborn, too."

From inside the house, the sound of foosteps pad on over to the doorway before it is pulled open from the inside, and another girl pokes her head out, looking almost completely identical to the girl hanging from the tree, save for the color of her attire; a deep blue shade of gi and short skirt. She takes a second to assess the situation, before breaking into a wide grin. "Molls! Did you get our note? We left ya somethin' to help ol' Kyrk out."

May Ann, still hanging from the tree, squirm around a little ways but doesn't get very far, reaching out her hands instead, still unphased by her relatively lewd placement. "Hey, uh, li'l help?"

Lorastine lets go of Crossroads when the adrenaline in her body finally started to calm down. "I'm Lora, you startled me. hehe..." she replies give a respectful nod. As she looks back up the door was open and the other twin had poked her head out the door. Lorastine smiles and nods in her direction as well.

Crossroads looks between the two girls. She had been aware that they were twins, but she hadn't really expected them to look so exactly alike. She didn't think she would be able to tell either apart by looking at them outside of their attire. When Lorastine lets go Crossroads steps towards May Ann holding out her hands to help the girl.

Mollianne offers to help Crossroads get May Ann down, and between the two of them, the teen is brought (relatively) safely to the ground, twisting somewhat as she is pulled out of the tree to land on her feet. She stands straight up rather quickly, and offers a mock salute, holding two fingers to her forehead. "Hey, thanks! So you guys're those Truce girls, huh? Wasn't there another one, though?"

The other girl steps outside onto the "porch" in the midst of this, grinning faintly at her sister's actions. She looks like she's about to say something but is cut abruptly, her eyes falling upon Lorastine's ears. "... Oh... my... gawd, those are SO CUTE!" And with little restraint, she abruptly buzzes all around and over Lorastine, gushing over her Hylian ears as if she'd never seen a pair before.

Lorastine watches Crossroads and Mollianne get May Ann down from her predicament in the tree. She nods, acknowledging the comment about being from Truce. "So you two have heard of us?" she asks finding it funny that up until recently she only learned of the twins. Lorastine's ears perk up slightly when she hears the other twins comment. She blushes a little embarrassed when she finds herself being fawned over by Rae Beth.

Crossroads giggles at the attention Lorastine's ears is getting from one of the twins, "Tyrranis is usually with us, but he's spending the day with Kyrk."She answers with a small smile.

"Probably jus' guy stuff, then." May Ann waves a hand dismissively, now safely down out of the tree. "But hey, thanks for comin' to visit! Yeah, Kyrk's told us a bit about you guys. Apparently you guys can hold your own in a squabble, eh?"

Meanwhile, Rae Beth is all-but circling Lorastine as she dotes on those ears; you could almost see the hearts in her eyes. "That's so ADORABLE. I'm so freaking jealous! You really got somethin' to wager against Molly's wings, now!" She stops all of a sudden, as if realizing something. "Hey, wait a sec. You guys're supposed to be a ways away. What're you doin' all the way out here?"

Mollianne's swings twitch somewhat. They seem to have a penchant for knowing when they're being talked about, it seems. She claps her hands once to try and get their attention. "Hey! We came to come get you guys and see if you wanted to hang out for awhile. We are gonna go hit Viorar and show them around..." She gestures to Crossroads and Lorastine. "...since they have never been here before. Or, at least, I do not think they have." She pauses. "Have you?"

Lorastine never expected to get so much attention over her ears before. They weren't all that special to her considering how common they were. Her cheeks were red with embarrassement not sure how to respond. "Um.. well they aren't all that special." she started saying among Rae Beth's compliments. She shakes her head at Mollianne's question, "This is my first."

"Well, I don't know. Tyr does most of the work." Crossroads says to May Ann before adressing Rae Beth's question, "And we came out here because we heard Kyrk was sick. Tyrranis gave his grief seed to him and we just sort of tagged along." Then to Molly she nods, "And actually, I lived here for a few years before I became a wishborn."

May Ann grins, nudging Crossroads gently in the shoulder. "Ooh, a native, huh? Maybe we should have you lead US around, huh?" She starts to go on further, but Molly reaches up and grabs the back of her head rather roughly, though she smiles pleasantly as she does. "Now now. They are the guests this time, okay? We need to behave and be good hosts if we want them to come. Back. And. Visit. Again. Riiiiight~?" Molly lets the end portion of her query trails somewhat before letting go of the girl's head, happily. In the meantime, Rae Beth has settled down her gushing over Lorastine's Hylian features, and offers a similar two-fingered salute at the forehead. "Of course! We gotta be on the BEST behavior this time, 'specially since Kyrk's still gettin' better. Poor Molls was worried sick that Kyrk wasn't gonna survive this time." She speaks freely, despite the words actually coming out of her mouth.

Lorastine smiles happily as the blush slowly starts to vanish from her cheeks. However that smile vanishes and she blinks with confusion. "You mean Kyrk has had this happen before? Like he would go into a coma?"

"I still kind of wonder why he came all the way back here in such a state. He didn't even tell us that he was leaving." Crossroads said, looking thoughtful.

"Yeah yeah, that turd's always gettin' himself in hot water with Molls here. Savin' this person, savin' that person, 'allies are important' this, 'we need everyone' that, yatta yatta. For havin' no feelings, that guy sure cares about alfmmspohmmmfh!" Rae's words are muffled by Mollianne abruptly running over and clamping a hand over her mouth, hissing out shushing noises. Noticeably, her face is tinted a decent crimson hue, possibly of embarassment or something else.

May Ann shakes and rubs the back of her head with a feigned scowl as Mollianne lets her go, her ponytail bouncing accordingly. She puts her hands on her hips indignantly following, looking over the rest of the assembled crew. "Okay, so. What's the gameplan, then? Wanderin' is kinda boring, so maybe we should go get some grub first. I'm starvin', myself."

Lorastine listens to Rae Beth before she was muffled by Molliana. She understood it well enough though. "I could use something to eat as well. I haven't eaten in a while."

Crossroads nods, She was looking forward to seeing the city again, and she had a little money to spend on food and whatnot if she needed to. She always carried a little extra with her. "I am certainly up for some food."

Mollianne lets go of Rae Beth, though her cheeks are still a little red. She turns without waiting for the twin's reaction, and nods at Lorastine and Crossroads. "We should not worry too much if you guys did not bring much money. Kyrk and I are not really hurting too bad, so I can afford to take friends out once in awhile." She offers a small grin. "The nightclub job is pretty rewarding in other manners, so money is never really problematic for us."

Rae Beth adjusts her jaw somewhat exaggeratedly after Molly lets go, and practically pounces on her when she turns around, grinning herself as she wraps a lean arm around her neck. "Yeah! An' sometimes we go right on up there with ya. We don't have the voice or body that you do, but hey, we're pretty good most of the time. Maybe we ought to give 'em a show sometime, eh?"

May Ann furrows her brow somewhat, casting a brief if less-than-subtle glance at the band encompassing Mollianne's chest, and sighs dejectedly, shrugging. "Yeah, pretty sad. We didn't get NOTHIN' out of the deal. It ain't fair. But!" She perks up quickly, nodding at Lorastine and Crossroads. "Lets go get some food, shall we?" And with that, she moves over to begin climbing down the tree, mumbling something to herself about how being flatchested isn't really all that bad. It sounds like the self-reassurance of a deprived teenager more than anything else.

Lorastine laughes and smiles a little about the whole event, not really sure what to think about the subject of Mollianne's assets. She is going to do her best to ignore it even though it was funny to see the twins reaction."If its ok, I'll be sure to pay you guys back."

"I agree. It would be unfair if we didn't pay our share of things." Crossroads said, following one of the twins shortly as she started to decend with the assumption that they were heading off now. She looks back at Mollianne for a moment before doing so, looking at her with a curious expression, "So you preform at a nightclub, Mollianne?"

"Nah, don't even worry about it! We're all friends here, we'll have a good time. Molly's not usually the kind to let people say 'no' anyway, so you might as well just let 'er do what she wants! 'Cause she probably will anyway. Right?" Rae Beth squeezes Mollianne from behind, eliciting a grunt-squeak from the siren in the process before she is let go, and Rae quickly hurries over to the tree ladder, but seeing Cross already on her way down, she instead drops off over the side toward the ground below!

Mollianne sighs, rubbing her neck somewhat with a disgruntled expression on her face. She still looks a bit upended about something, but as she looks up and at Crossroads and Lorastine, she smiles again, shrugging lightly. "What can I say? I hope you are not too put off by them. They can be a handful sometimes." She gestures, before heading to stand over Cross in waiting to descend following. Noticeably, she does an awful lot of manual foot-based movement considering the size of her wings. "But yeah, it's a little place on the outskirts. I sing, dance, that sort of thing. Kind of have a reputation around town from it." She pauses, thinking about what she said, then realizes a potential problem between her wording and Rae Beth's; her face goes bright red, and she waves both hands dismissively. "No, wait! No no, not THAT kind of performance! It is mostly just singing! You know, and... urgh..." Mollianne trails off, lost in her own embarassment at this point.

Lorastine giggles herself at Mollianne's explaination. "We get it, don't strain yourself." She looks back down waiting her turn down the ladder. It was a rather slow process, going one at a time. However the one twin dropped down recklessly, it scared her a little, but seeing as they lived here it must be normal.

Crossroads pauses about midway down to stare at Rae Beth, having trouble imagining how anyone could make a drop like that without getting hurt. When she reaches the bottom she couldn't help but ask, "How did you do that, I mean without getting hurt?""

Rae Beth obviously lands without injury, though she does roll forward as soon as her feet hit the ground. She gets up, brushing herself off with a wide grin. "Practice!" May Ann, nearby, is also grinning, apparently waiting to get going. The two of them standing side by side really does make it seem like a person is seeing double; the way their hair is styled in matching ponytails, their faces, their figures, everything except their clothes is near 100% identical.

Above, Mollianne descends as well, not using the gifts given to her to aid in her descent, her taloned feet digging into the wood of the tree as she climbs down. "Despite how they might act, they are very well-disciplined. They train with Kyrk a lot, and someone who does not care too much about their training partners' feelings does a pretty good job if you are willing to put up with it. So they have their good points, off and on." The siren's face is still rather red as she reaches the ground, but it seems to be subsiding.
